The Nuthouse Gallery serves as an exibition platform for contemporary
urban art. The artists represented focus mainly on street art and
graffiti, however, they are not limited to these styles. The NUTHOUSE
GALLERY presents its work in Karlsruhe. Exhibitions take place at regular
intervals and show the current work of active street art artists. The
NUTHOUSE GALLERY presents the different facets of the global Graffiti
movement, from its classic beginnings with "style writing" all the way to
three-dimensional nameplates which lead to surreal and abstract designed
"Character- and Designer- Toys". The viewer is provided insight into the
worldwide scene and shown the background and motivation of the artists.
The viewer is also given the ability to understand the works.
